The pronunciation of Latin on this CD does not seem to be "authentic" as the audio rendition of supposed/derived Latin pronunciation in other courses. The author speaks with an obvious American "take" on Latin pronunciation. It's a disgrace to hear especially the consonant "r" spoken with the American lateral (retroflex) equivalent. Then there's the pure Latin vowels: the speaker uses the usual American diphthonized vowel sounds in their place. Also, I didn't hear any distinction between long and short vowels.The bad news for me is that I bought this about 2 years ago, and just now opened it up to listen and take on my Latin studies. Returning the package (and whole course!) is not within the allowed period of return. I am very, if not extremely, disappointed in this audio. Due to high cost of map updates, we hadn't purchased a new map set since 2007.The RVND 5510 is a Rand McNally update of their truck series GPS units and provides information specific to travel with RV's. Features are unique and extensive. The user can enter specific RV type, weight, overall length and height to help the unit determine best rig specific routing. Although we haven't used the device while towing our large fifth wheel trailer, I have told it we were driving our RV to see if routing features worked as advertised. They do. With one tap, the user can select the RV or car, which changes routing choices accordingly. I read some reviews on this model and deicided to give it a go. First its no Garmin, the graphics are not pleasing to the eye. The material they use for the touch screen washes out the color in bright sunlight but inside the vehicle it is okay. The on screen map looks more like a map, the roads are thin and vehicle icon is small. There is a setting to change this from auto(which zooms out when no direction is given for several miles) to a closer up scale but still does not compare to the Garmin's graphics and rendering of local streets. I found that when it does zoom in for designated lane assignments it doesnt accutally show you traveling in that lane but puts a smaller picture of where you want to be above and to the right.
