The basics are fairly easy to pick up through the user interface. I haven't yet gone through the tutorial videos which also come with the DVD. The only thing more one could ask for is a command line (can't seem to find it in the menus, nor the help topics) like in Autocad. This program can do many things but it's difficult to figure out how to do them; so much guess work, trial and error. The help portion of the program is lacking, at least for beginners. Being a beginner as with many programs, the help portion isn't useful if you don't no what term to type in; even if you know what your goal is. The price is great.
